We want to make life easier for you by creating a system that will help you know exactly when you'll get your packages. Here's how you can track if your order is on the way:
When your order is ready to be delivered, you will receive an email notification (and a text or Facebook messenger notification if you opt in) with a tracking number. Your tracking number will be in this format:
Loopy Delivery MM-DD-YY
The date at the end of the tracking number is the date of delivery. For example, if you receive a tracking number that says "LoopyDelivery03-10-21" it means your order will be delivered on March 10, 2021.
If you are not available on your date of delivery or if nobody will be able to receive the package, please inform us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your delivery date.
We will only attempt to re-deliver the package once. If you still miss the re-scheduled delivery, the additional shipping fee will be charged to your account.
