A lot of you might be surprised at the new texts and emails that you've received from Loopy.PH the past few days.

We've updated you briefly on our transition to a new payment system but we haven't formally announced it yet...until today.

Finally, after months of waiting, we've finally been able to migrate all of our existing subscribers to our new payment system!

Starting this month, Loopy invoices will now come from

loopy@helixpay.ph

How Do I Continue My Subscription?

It's easy! You just need to set your payment method and you're good to go!
Check out the step-by-step guide below:

Step 1: Wait for a text or email from loopy@helixpay.ph

Step 2: Click the link you'll receive via SMS or click the "Pay Now" button via email

Step 3: You will receive a OTP code via text. Enter the OTP code in the space provided.

Step 4: Set your payment info by clicking "Edit"

Choose from the following payment methods:

Step 5: Click "Pay Now"

Fill up the necessary details and you're good to go!

For those who just want to relax and wait for their products to arrive, recurring payments are now available!
Just choose to pay either via Credit/Debit Card or Paymaya Wallet.

The payment will automatically be deducted from your payment method of choice every month so you just have to wait for us to replenish your joy monthly.

For those who want to continue with manual payments, Bank Transfer, GCash, and GrabPay are also available.
We've updated our payment methods to contact-less payments for the safety of our customers, partners, and employees.
