Summer’s over and it’s officially the rainy season once again. ’Tis the season when coughs, colds, and the flu are more active.

Stay healthy and safe with LOOPY in the coming months. Here are some of TIPS to remember:

1. Keep an UMBRELLA OR JACKET in your bag ☔

Rain can be pretty unpredictable. One moment it’s sunny and the next, there’s a sudden downpour. Getting soaked and the swift temperature change
may cause you to get sick so it’s better to always be prepared with an umbrella or a hooded jacket (bonus if you have plastic boots, as well!).

2. Stay INDOORS 🏠

Luckily for some of us, we can still work from home. Enjoy a hot cup of rich NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO coffee or rejuvenating LIPTON tea to start your day
and relax to the sound of light rain showers. If you’re already outside, try to wait for the rain to stop before traveling from one place to another.

 3. Keep yourself up-to-date with the LATEST WEATHER UPDATES 📺

Monitor the weather (as well as traffic updates in order to avoid flooded areas) before leaving your house to go
to work or run errands. You can get updates from various channels — TV, radio, news sites, and even social media.

4. Eat HEALTHY and drink vitamins 🍲

Eat meals enriched with vitamins and nutrients to strengthen your immune system. Hot soup from KNORR would be a great way
to keep warm during a chilly day. Don’t forget to constantly hydrate as well by drinking 8 cups of water a day.

5. Keep your surroundings CLEAN & DRY 🗑

Look out for stagnant water around your house  (plant pots, gutters, etc.) because that could be a breeding ground for
mosquitoes carrying dengue. Also put on mosquito repellent all over your body.

6. Continue to WASH YOUR HANDS 👏

Proper hand washing is a way to protect yourself from the flu, coughs, colds, and Covid. Viruses and bacteria thrive more in damp
environments so it is important to wash our hands (you can try LIFEBUOY, an anti-bacterial soap) and to continue wearing face masks.
