We've already explained the process for Month 1 for LOOPNDG and for LOOPMonthly, but what happens on Month 2 onwards?

Here's a step-by-step guide on the LOOPY process.


STEP 1: THE MONTHLY INVOICE


You will receive your INVOICE VIA EMAIL on your processing date.
Your PROCESSING DATE is the date you first ordered from Loopy.
So for example, if you ordered on March 22, your processing date is every 22nd day of the month (June 22, July 22, and so on).

 

We will also send you a TEXT MESSAGE after sending you your invoice to remind you to confirm your order. Here's a sample message
"Hi! We sent you Invoice #D1688 for your Loop this month. Please check your inbox/spam to confirm the order. Thank you! (DO NOT REPLY)" 
The text message will contain your LOOPY INVOICE NUMBER. This will help you search for the invoice just in case it doesn't appear in your Primary email folder.

 



 
Just type your invoice number on your email's search bar. You can also try typing "hello@loopy.ph" to search for all of the emails from Loopy.
 

STEP 2: CONFIRMING YOUR INVOICE


The Loopy Invoice looks like this. It tells you what your processing date is and for those who want to change their flavors,
it also reminds you to send in your flavor changes as soon as you confirm the invoice.

To confirm your invoice, just press the blue "COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE" button.


 
The invoice also contains a SUMMARY OF YOUR ORDER FOR THE MONTH.
If you don't send us your flavor changes, your invoice for next month will have the same flavors as your invoice for the first month.

 

 

STEP 3: CHECK THE DETAILS AND CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD  


When you click the "Complete your purchase" button, you will be redirected to the LOOPY CHECKOUT PAGE


 
Make sure that your address and orders are correct then choose your payment method. You can choose to pay via Credit/Debit Card, GCash, or COD.
If there are any ISSUES with your invoice, please send us a message HERE before you confirm your order.

 

 
If you don't have any issues with your invoice, press the blue "COMPLETE ORDER" button.
 

STEP 4: WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE
 

 

If you want to RECEIVE UPDATES via Facebook Messenger, click the "Send me updates button." 
 
For NCR DELIVERIES, you should receive your package within 7 business days.
You will receive an email notification once your package is ready to be delivered with your delivery date.
 
For NON-NCR DELIVERIES, you should receive your package within 14 business days.
You'll receive an email notification with your tracking number once your package is transferred to LBC.
 

STEP 5: WAIT FOR YOUR NEXT LOOP


Make sure to send in your FLAVOR OR VARIANT CHANGES for the next month as soon as you confirm your invoice.
