There are 2 ways to search for a product.

1. Simply go to the search bar and type in the product or brand that you're looking for.

2. Use the navigation links to shop by category:

Yes, you need to register before checking out.

Registering and creating an account will make it easier for you to access and manage your orders and LOOPs/ subscriptions. It will also be easier for you to order other items and check out later on.

After placing your order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email.  

If you chose to opt in to our Facebook messenger updates (which we highly encourage), you will also receive a confirmation message via Facebook Messenger.

Your first order should arrive within 7 business days (for NCR orders) or 14 business days (for orders outside NCR).

Note: You can only update your Account Addresses from the website.

LOOPY is the first (or so we think it is) grocery subscription service in the Philippines.

Here's how it works:

1. SHOP.
Choose your favorite brand essentials and add them to your cart.

You may opt to purchase these products only once…but you already do that in other sites. So, if you're a smart shopper, you'll proceed with Step # 3 ...

3. LOOP.
LOOPING your order means you agree to subscribe and automatically get these essentials every month.

If you choose to LOOP, just put the PROMO CODE "LOOPMonthly" and you will get:
- 5% discount on your initial order and every month thereafter
- If you continuously order for 7 months, you will get your 7th MONTH order from participating brands ABSOLUTELY FREE! (and every 7th month after that)
- And you also get your 7th MONTH shipping ABSOLUTELY FREE!
- 5% discount for your top-ups or any order which you don't want to LOOP and just want to buy every so often
- Exclusive LOOPY privileges and freebies for some months in between

Yes, you can! We just ask you to add all the items to your cart then check out.

No need to use any promo codes.

Your LOOP DATE is the day of the month you placed your order and day of the succeeding months when your order will be processed.

Example: if you placed your order on May 16, your LOOP DATE is every 16th of the month and we will process your order every 16th of the month. LOOP DATE/ processing date is different from delivery date. Delivery usually takes 7 business days for Metro Manila and 15 business days for outside Metro Manila.

If your LOOP DATE falls on a weekend or holiday, we will process your order the business day before your LOOP DATE.

The subscription model may seem like Netflix but because you are receiving something physically, we do want to remind you and we hope you don't mind.

One (1) week before your LOOP DATE, we will remind you (on Messenger) of your succeeding month’s order and send you an email to complete your LOOP for the month. This will also be the way for you to settle your payment if you choose to pay via credit card.

This shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes of your time monthly.

Those who chose COD will have their payments collected upon delivery.

Yes, you may cancel specific products or your whole order for future LOOPs on or before the confirmation for the next LOOP.

However, once your LOOP is cancelled, you will not get your 7th month order free for the cancelled item/s.

You may make changes to the contents of your LOOP as long as you meet the ff. conditions:

1. You can only change the variants or flavors of a product in your LOOP.

2. You can remove 1 or more items from your LOOP.
Note: You will not be eligible for the 7th month FREE for the items you removed.

3. You can NOT add a new product to your LOOP.
Note: If you want to add new products, please create a new cart on LOOPY and add any new products to that cart so that they fall into the same LOOP cycle where the 7th month is the same for all products.

We need at least 1 month before your next LOOP DATE to make changes because stocks may be allocated or reserved for other subscribers.

For any changes to your LOOP, please go to the chat icon at the bottom of the site and type "Edit my LOOP".
