The Genio S Basic has a modern futuristic shape with a seamless compact design. It is the smallest machine in our range (Width 12.1 x Height 27.3 x Depth 27.6cm) and will surely fit your counter top space.


Just slide in your chosen NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO capsule, customize your beverage by turning the control ring and press play: your coffee machine will automatically stop at the right moment to get you the perfect beverage.


Create professional quality coffee at home in less than 30 seconds with a thick velvety crema thanks to its max 15 bars high-performance pump perfectly extracting the delicate flavor and premium aromas of each coffee capsule.


You have the freedom to go big. The XL option allows you to make a bigger drink for when you’re on the go. With our hermetically sealed capsules, which preserve the fresh taste, you’ll enjoy rich aromatic cups every time.


Whilst this machine has an A+ rating in energy consumption, if you forget to switch your machine off before leaving, it will automatically turn off after 1 minute of inactivity thanks to its eco mode feature.



Metro Manila Orders:
  • We’ve acquired the help of Angkas Riders to deliver your packages. 
  • We are working towards sustainability and want to be efficient in our deliveries to save fuel. We group your orders by area and it should arrive within 3-5 business days from the date you ordered on LOOPY. 

Outside Metro Manila Orders:
  • We've recently changed our courier partner from LBC to PAYO. You will receive a text message from PAYO once your package is ready to be picked up.
  • You will also receive your tracking details via text, and you can track your orders below.
  • Orders outside Metro Manila should arrive within 7-10 business days from the processing date.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees for non-subscription orders are based on weight and area. 
Fees start at the ff. rates for orders up to 3 kilos:

  • Php 150 for Metro Manila
  • Php 245 for Luzon
  • Php 245 for Visayas and Mindanao

Fees will be added for items heavier than 3 kilos or outside the coverage areas of the couriers.  All rates include insurance and taxes.



Conditions for Requesting a Return
You may return your order if the issue is reported within 7 days from receipt date, if your concern falls under any of the ff. conditions:
1. Item is expired
2. Item delivered is wrong
3. Item's packaging has significantly been damaged and has affected the integrity and quality of the product itself.

Return Options
You may choose one of the following return options:
1. A refund or replacement for defective or damaged items
2. An exchange for different flavors/variants or sizes of the same item
3. A store credit refund for non-damaged items.

Returns Process
To request to return an item, you may either:
1. Click the Facebook Messenger chat icon at the bottom of our site and type "Return". Look for the item on requesting for a return and answer the questions. 
2. Email us at 

We will review the request along with your proof and get back to you within 1-3 business days.
Items to be returned must be:
1. In the same state as when they were received
2. In the original packaging, including any gift boxes they came with
3. Unconsumed -- eaten or used

For exchanges and store credit refunds for non-damaged items, you are responsible for shipping costs back to Loopy PH and goods must arrive in good condition. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
