Summer or winter, any time is a good time for Starbucks® Caramel Latte Premium Coffee Mix. Inspired by the much-loved Starbucks® Caramel Latte, we've crafted this caramelly and smooth beverage for you to prepare at home. Expertly blended with high quality coffee, dairy milk and our deliciously buttery caramel flavour, it is topped with a soft layer of foam.

SHIPPING

Metro Manila Orders:

  • We’ve acquired the help of Angkas Riders to deliver your packages. 
  • We are working towards sustainability and want to be efficient in our deliveries to save fuel. We group your orders by area and it should arrive within 7 business days from the date you ordered on LOOPY. 

Outside Metro Manila Orders:

  • Our partner courier is LBC. You will receive your tracking number once we transfer your package to our courier.
  • Once tracking number is received, you can track your orders through LBC’s tracking system here: https://www.lbcexpress.com/track/
  • Orders outside Metro Manila should arrive within 15 business days from the processing date.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are based on weight and area. 
Fees start at the ff. rates for orders up to 3 kilos:

  • Php 129 or Metro Manila
  • Php 210 for Luzon
  • Php 235 for Visayas and Mindanao

Fees will be added for items heavier than 3 kilos or outside the coverage areas of the couriers.  All rates include insurance and taxes.


 

RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY

Conditions for Requesting a Return
You may return your order if the issue is reported within 7 days from receipt date, if your concern falls under any of the ff. conditions:
1. Item is expired
2. Item delivered is wrong
3. Item's packaging has significantly been damaged and has affected the integrity and quality of the product itself.

Return Options
You may choose one of the following return options:
1. A refund or replacement for defective or damaged items
2. An exchange for different flavors/variants or sizes of the same item
3. A store credit refund for non-damaged items.

Returns Process
To request to return an item, you may either:
1. Click the Facebook Messenger chat icon at the bottom of our site and type "Return". Look for the item on requesting for a return and answer the questions. 
2. Email us at hello@loopy.ph 

We will review the request along with your proof and get back to you within 1-3 business days.
Items to be returned must be:
1. In the same state as when they were received
2. In the original packaging, including any gift boxes they came with
3. Unconsumed -- eaten or used

For exchanges and store credit refunds for non-damaged items, you are responsible for shipping costs back to Loopy PH and goods must arrive in good condition. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
